Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges on last minute appointments & services (appointments booked 24 hours or less). No refunds or exchanges on appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If your appointment falls on a holiday (listed below); and needs to be cancelled we require 72 business hour notice or there will be no refunds or exchanges. That means for example if your appointment falls on Easter monday then you need to cancel 48 hours prior to good Friday your appointment time.
