We are a private-pay nursing service. Payment is due at the time of service. We provide detailed receipts that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Insurance coverage and reimbursement are determined solely by the client’s insurer. Continuum Nursing & Care does not guarantee reimbursement.
