one-on-one Therapy or counselling session with a licensed healthcare professional. This visit can be virtual via phone or video, or within the comfort of your home, or destination of your choosing. In-person visits comes with a warm beverage. Travel is included for the first 15km, then $0.30 a KM after.
Duration: 60 Minutes
Details
All invoices include:
- Provider name and legal business name
- Nurse name, credentials, and CNO registration number
- Date(s) and duration of service
- Description of nursing services provided
- Fees paid
Insurance coverage and reimbursement are determined solely by the client’s insurance provider. Continuum Nursing & Care does not guarantee reimbursement and is not responsible for denied or partially reimbursed claims. All services are to be paid in full at time of service.
